Combo Josper CVJ-050-PRO / Charcoal oven 50 + Double Basque Grill in a single module

The combination of the Josper HJX-50 charcoal oven and the Josper PVJ-050-2 Basque Grill with double grill in a single module. Recommended for adador restaurants, skeak houses, starred grills,

Charcoal oven : average heating time of 35 minutes, cooking surface of 760 x 510 mm (x 2 stacked grids)

Basque Grill : heating time approximately 20 minutes, cooking surface 500 x 510 mm (x 2 grills side by side).

The oven-grill tandem offers endless gastronomic possibilities:

  • Triple or quadruple braising surface: the two lifting grids of the Basque Grill, as well as the 5 internal braising levels of the oven.
  • Versatility of preparation methods and techniques: first searing the product on the open grill and finishing cooking the product in the oven, different degrees of intensity of smoked products, separation of meat, fish and vegetables on each independent grill and absolute control of the raw material, even for the most delicate products.
  • Control of product capture both with the open grill and with the oven thanks to the height adjustment.
  • Fast and flexible temperature regulation by the open grill handwheel, equipped with a hydraulic height regulation system, and by the oven ventilation system.
  • Increased production speed and volume thanks to the energy production capacity of both machines operating at the same time.
