Professional stainless steel grill or barbecue with refractory lava stones consisting of a steel grid, adjustable in height using 2 bakelite handles. This stainless steel grid, V-shaped section, held on each side of the all-stainless steel front plate allows the collection of cooking juices during grilling in the front tray, which avoids harmful fumes. On the bottom of the appliance, a stainless steel tray filled with wood-fired water can be positioned to enhance the flavors of the food.
