Specially designed for professional kitchens with limited space (food trucks, etc.) but also for associations, clubs, and discerning individuals, the NC- 100N plancha offers you all the cooking possibilities: grilling, snacking, braising or stewing under the cooking hood, steaming or keeping warm, smoking, in quantity and quality of use.

Easy to prepare and clean, its 15 mm thick chrome-plated cast steel cooking plate (96 micron hard chrome) will delight even the most demanding chefs. The very precise settings of the 3 cooking zones are made simply using 3 control knobs accessible at your fingertips. Commissioning is simple and secured by a thermocouple. 3 thermostatic probes automatically regulate the temperature below 320°C . The NC- -100 plancha can be positioned on its CNE-100 trolley (optional), or on a work surface in your kitchen.

This plancha is supplied to be powered by a standard Butane Propane gas bottle (30kg) equipped with a 1.5kg/h 37mb regulator. For German standard bottles, we supply the 50mb regulator, the 1/4G-1/2M adapter and its hose.

INCLUDED: For outdoor use, a TB-100 brushed stainless steel cover protects the appliance from the elements. It also provides a warming area for excess food that needs to stay warm for more than twenty minutes. For professionals, this all-stainless steel cover gives your kitchen the pleasure of perfect work at the end of service.

Important: Before placing the lid on the hob, it is strongly recommended to turn off the griddle. The risk of overheating, in this case, would irreparably damage the hob.
