Plancha Premium NOVOCROM NOVOSNACK

The NOVO range: a benchmark, now succeeded by the MAX range. High-performance, eco-friendly, and cost-effective, the NOVO range established itself as a benchmark for the most demanding chefs and grill cooks. Designed to deliver power, durability, and superior cooking quality, NOVO griddles were notable for features such as the 15 mm cast steel plate found in the NOVO SNACK MAINHO line and the 96 µ chrome finish of the NOVO CROM line. Available in gas or electric versions, they combined power with ease of use, featuring maintenance made simple through the use of a scraper and ice cubes. After a long and proven track record, the NOVO range has now been replaced by the new MAX range; this new line carries forward the same expertise and quality standards while incorporating upgrades and improvements designed to better meet the needs of professionals.

The MAX range thus continues the legacy of the NOVO line, driven by the same commitment to offering reliable, high-performance, and durable equipment suited to the most demanding professional environments.
