Novocrom Novosnack Plancha Premium
Powerful, ecological and economical, appreciated by chefs and demanding feedings. The plancha consists of a 15 mm steel cast iron cooking plate for the range Novo Snack Mainho, with a 96μ chrome finish for the range Novo Crom. 1 or 2 stainless steel drawer (s) are arranged under the plate to recover the cooking juices. This apparatus includes a very powerful burner block comprising 1, 2 or 3 butane gas ramps, propane or natural gas. The electrical range is also appreciated for the power of its shielded resistances.
Between two uses, its maintenance is simply using a scraper and ice cubes (water). The protection of the plate and necessary before it is decommissioned by oiling and then depositing a parchment paper (or aluminum) on its surface. 2 lids are available to complete its weather protection.
