Plancha made up of a 15 mm thick cooking plate in 96 micron hard chrome cast steel and an 18/8 stainless steel housing frame including:
- 3 shielded stainless steel resistors of 2000W each
- 1 1.5 litre grease collection collector
- 3 ultra-precise 10-position thermostatic valves
- 1 Z-E1 cleaning scraper
- 1 Dose of degreaser 80ml
