Garcima laIdeal polished steel paella pan, paella dish, or pan, 80 cm in diameter, professionally manufactured and finished! Garcima places great importance on the polishing and riveting of the bullfighting red handles. These paella pans are available in polished steel or enameled steel.
From 20 cm to 150 cm with two, four or six handles, these paella pans are heated directly over a gas flame, in the oven or over a wood fire. GARCIMA la Ideal polished steel paella pans have been manufactured in Valencia for several generations and are available individually or as a ready-to-use kit (burner, tripods, pan and connection).
Instructions for use:
This paella pan is designed for use over a gas or wood-burning flame. Never place your empty paella pan on a direct heat source. Heat your pan slowly. If using your pan in the oven, never expose it to temperatures above 250°C for more than 10 minutes. Use only wooden utensils as these pans (including the handles) become very hot.
After using the paella pan, soak it in warm, slightly soapy water for about 1 hour, then clean and rinse it with a cloth. Once clean, dry it immediately and apply a thin layer of oil. This is easily done by using a piece of kitchen paper soaked in cooking oil, then wiping the pan. Store your paella pan in a dry place.
