Fry-Top Plancha FL-120/7 Unisnack MAINHO
The FL-120/7 Fry-top from the UNISNACK range combines the latest technologies. The hob is made of ground cast steel for optimal heat distribution.
The 22 mm thick hob ensures perfect heat distribution. This allows you to regulate different temperature zones. The hob and the hot air duct at the back of the unit are easy to clean. The heating unit and its chassis are certified to European standards.
The FL-120/7 's optional counter also features a tasting area where prepared dishes are presented. The brushed stainless steel color of the entire counter and the tasting area can be customized to suit the customer's preferences. The countertop can be made of granite, marble, or fine wood.
- Cooking plate (20 mm) smooth or semi-grooved (to be specified) in rectified cast steel.
- Cooking juice collection tray (LxWxH) 210x175x175 mm integrated into the legs.
- Ultra-precise EURO-SIT gas controls 0-350°C (chrome-plated metal knobs)
