Criteria determining the choice of your plancha:
Important: Before lowering the lid to the low position or placing the removable cover on the cooking plate, it is strongly recommended to turn off the griddle.
(The risk of overheating, in this case, would irreparably damage the hob.
When using stainless steel pots and pans on a hard chrome hob, a few rules must be observed:
Cast iron treated with 60 or 96µ hard chrome, although very resistant to thermal shocks, must not be subjected to mechanical shocks.
The area reserved for conduction heating must not be at a temperature higher than 180°C
