Professional stainless steel grill or barbecue with refractory lava stones made up of height-adjustable and tilting stainless steel grids, held on the back of the all-stainless steel front panel.
The cooking juices are collected in the front tray, which avoids harmful fumes.
On the bottom of the appliance, a stainless steel tray filled with woody water can be positioned to enhance the flavors of the food.
