New Blued steel cooking plate for ECO MAINHO series plancha
You've just cleaned and sanded your griddle plate, but you're not satisfied with the results. A new blued steel griddle is the solution to your problem.
The high-quality MAINHO blued steel cooking plate (heat-treated by cementation) will make your plancha the ideal equipment for your grills.
- The 2 pins which supported the juice collection gutter have been replaced by a support fixed to the chassis (option).

Its reactions to temperature shocks are unpredictable, and acidic cooking juices denature this metal. A stainless steel plate warps when heated and stains over time. Food tends to stick more than to other metals. Finally, its price remains prohibitive for the same thickness.
