Much more than a Teppan Yaki with limited stainless steel cooking surfaces, the FC- 120/7TY combines the latest technologies. Optimized for proximity to the dining room, it showcases its flavors and visuals to your gourmet customers. It also features a counter area where prepared dishes are presented (optional). The brushed stainless steel finish of the entire unit and the tasting area can be customized to suit the customer's preferences. This can be made of granite, marble, or fine wood.

The 22 mm thick cooking plate ensures perfect heat distribution. This allows you to regulate different temperature zones. Easy to clean, the cooking zone and chassis are certified to European Union standards.
