ECO- 90PV UNI Blued Steel Griddle - MAINHO
The
ECO range brings together a series of "economical and ecological" planchas for a very attractive price!
These planchas are made up of a single-piece, all-stainless steel frame and high-performance rolled blued steel plates.
The 6 mm thick rolled steel allows for good heat distribution and moderately intensive use. Its rolled steel surface is virtually non-stick if the temperature rises gradually over less than 15 minutes. This also makes cleaning the still-warm plate easier.
The blued steel plate of the ECO- -90PV UNI MAINHO New Generation plancha has a rim around its edge to facilitate "juicy" grilling as well as skewers.
The ECO- -90PV UNI MAINHO gas griddle is equipped with 2 "U" shaped burners with double perforation at 120° for even heating.
Excess cooking juices flow into the grease collection drawer at the front of the appliance via the collector.
The plancha has two gas inlets (left/right) to facilitate connection to Butane, Propane or Natural Gas, depending on the installation and the needs of the establishment.
The ECO PV series is available in 4 widths: 45 - 60 - 75 - 90 cm.
