The ECOEM- 75-PV Plancha's single-piece, all-stainless steel frame supports a removable Blued Carbon Steel* cooking plate.
Dimensions of the cooking plate (LxWxD): 750 x 390 x 6 mm
* Blued steel (Z20 C13 heat treatment provides optimum surface hardness while maintaining the desired core strength. Case hardening steel . Process of hardening austenitized then tempered metal.- 2 Thermostats 50° - 300°C
