The Basque Grill combines the experience of the traditional Spanish company Josper with the highest standards of the HORECA sector. Made of stainless steel, this grill is used for cooking on open and grilled charcoal. It is height-adjustable and therefore flexible to use.
The Basque grill can be configured in multiple rows to handle even large capacities. You can also install a Jostop Worktop charcoal oven in the same configuration. In addition, the Basque grill can be combined with the HJX oven.
The Josper PVJ-076-1-1MB individual Basque Grill has a cooking surface of 760 x 600 mm and a vertical grill rail of 290 mm. Its efficiency is surprising and the taste of cooking with a JOSPER grill is unmistakable. The heating time is approximately 20 minutes, with a cooking temperature of 250 °C and an average daily charcoal consumption of 18 to 20 kg.
In the manufacturing process of the Basque Grill, we have used the best high-tech steel alloys, created by and for Josper, as well as the most advanced design techniques in the construction of traditional grills.
