The Basque Grill combines the experience of the traditional Spanish company Josper with the highest standards of the HORECA sector. Made of stainless steel, this grill is used for cooking on open and grilled charcoal. It is height-adjustable and therefore flexible to use.
The Josper PVJ-076-3 Basque Triple Grill has a cooking surface of 760 x 510 mm (x3) and a vertical grill rail of 290 mm. Heating time is approximately 20 minutes, with a cooking temperature of 250 °C and an average daily charcoal consumption of 54 to 60 kg.
