The Basque Grill combines the experience of the traditional Spanish company Josper with the highest standards of the HORECA sector. Made of stainless steel, this grill is used to cook on charcoal of a type selected by JOSPER. It is height-adjustable and therefore flexible to use.
The Basque grill can be configured in multiple rows to handle even large capacities. You can also install a Jostop Worktop charcoal oven in the same configuration. In addition, the Basque grill can be combined with the HJX oven.
Its effectiveness is surprising and the taste of cooking on the JOSPER grill is recognizable among thousands. The 500/760 x 510 mm cooking surface of the Josper PVJ-050-2 Basque Grills is mounted on a vertical rail, adjustable in height by 290 mm. Ideally placed in front of your customers, each controlled gesture brings admiration, a cooking temperature of 250 °C and a daily charcoal consumption of 18 to 20 kg on average.
In the manufacturing process of the Basque Grill, we have used the best high-tech steel alloys, created by and for Josper, as well as the most advanced design techniques in the construction of traditional grills.
