Etxekoa means "house seasoning" in Basque. It is a unique and essential seasoning for plancha cooking. This traditional and artisanal sauce, the result of many years of experience by Christophe Verrière, is made and bottled in the heart of the Basque Country between the sea and the mountains. A skillful blend of vinegar, oil, fresh AOP Espelette pepper, garlic, and herbs. Xipister Etxekoa can now be found in restaurant kitchens and the best shops in the Basque Country and beyond. Xipister Etxekoa and the laboratory in which it is manufactured meet the Quality Requirements Relating to current standards. They benefit from quality controls and certification issued by CEFAQ and the Laboratoire des Pyrénées.
