ARCOS HERMANOS SA is the first Spanish cutlery company with international ambitions and one of the oldest in the world. In the National Archaeological Museum of Madrid are exhibited some pieces of "Arcos Albazete", made by Juan de Arcos between 1745 and 1746, dates that determine the beginnings of our company. In 1875, Gregorio Arcos Aroca converted his small artisan workshop of pocket knives, scissors and daggers into an industrial company producing knives in series. A century later, Gregorio Arcos Villanueva began its international expansion. This family business is now proud of its development and the prestige that surrounds it. The company has several manufacturing sites in the province of Albacete (Spain) employing more than 500 people on an area of 30,000m². We manufacture over 600 different models and over 70,000 parts per day. In addition, we have the latest tools, equipment and technologies for the manufacture of cutlery, making sure to modernize them on a permanent basis. Our company has the UNE-EN-ISO 9001:2008 quality certificate accredited by ENAC, the American NS F standard and the European HACCP certificate.
Our goals are: quality, design, customer service and environmental protection. Almost three centuries of research and continuous improvement of our products have given us an international reference in this specific sector of cutlery.
