Chipirons the cherry tomatoes and spring onions

For 5 people and a cooking time of 12 minutes !

  • 800g of chipirons or squid
  • - 20 cherry tomatoes still firm
  • - 1 onion again with his rod
  • - 6 sun-dried tomatoes
  • - salt and pepper
  • - Olive oil

Soak it in a basin of cool water and rinse after 5 minutes. Cut out the chipiron on the side to open it completely, separate the tentacles. Place everything in a plate on a paper towel. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half or in four if they are large. Cut the strips very thin and set aside. Finally, slice your onion fresh using all the green stem and the bulb. Apply a few drops of olive oil on your griddle and wipe with a piece of absorbent paper. Turn on the position 2, on low heat, and wait 5 to 6 minutes. Pour a few drops of oils on the surface and mount your power to 6. Do a cooking test by dropping a small cherry tomato on the griddle. Remove chipirons and tentacles and allow to cook for 5 minutes. After which you can begin to stir from time to time. Sprinkle a few drops of olive oil and, when the chipirons get a nice colour, remove the cherry tomatoes over the top, and stir to make a little juice. Salt, add pepper, then add the sun-dried tomatoes. Finally, finish by adding the onion cool. Stir well, add a few drops of olive oil... and serve hot !
