A recipe for 5 people for a cooking time of 8 minutes.
To make the recipe, you will need :
- 1 lime
- 4 leaves of fresh sage
- 2 melons means (type of cavaillon or charentais)
- 3 tablespoons of icing sugar
- 2 tablespoons of maple syrup or liquid honey
- Olive oil and butter
In the kitchen, remove the skin and seeds from your melons. Cut into slices and then into cubes. Finally, carve them very finely with the sage leaves.
AROUND LA PLANCHA
Apply a few drops of olive oil on your griddle and wipe with a paper towel. Turn on the position 2, on low heat, and wait 5 to 6 minutes. Pour a few drops of oil on the surface and mount your power to 6. Do a cooking test by dropping a piece of melon on the plancha. If the griddle is hot enough, add the rest of the melon and sprinkle with a few drops of olive oil, let cook for about 3 minutes.
