Prawns with lime and ginger

A recipe for 5 people for a cooking time of 6 minutes.

To achieve the above result, you will need :

  • 20 prawns raw
  • 1 lime
  • A few sprigs of persil
  • 1 ginger root
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

As usual, we start the recipe in the kitchen. First, rinse your shrimp under a stream of cool water, and reserve in a plate on a paper towel. Zestez your lime in a cup. Prepare a juice of lime. Chop your leaves persil finely and peel 2 inches of ginger root. Then head to la plancha !
