Salmon with sesame and cherry tomatoes

A recipe for 5 people and a cooking time of 5 minutes.

To make the recipe, you need :

  • 5 salmon fillets
  • 20 cherry tomatoes
  • A few sprigs of chives
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • Olive oil
  • Fleur de sel

In the kitchen snip the chives, cut the cherry tomatoes in half, clean your fish and set aside on absorbent paper. Go directly around the plancha !

AROUND LA PLANCHA

Apply a few drops of olive oil on your griddle and wipe with a paper towel. Turn on the position 2, on low heat, and wait 5 to 6 minutes. Add the sesame seeds on the plancha to the grill and add the salmon fillets. Sprinkle the chives into the tomato and set aside on a serving plate. Add the salmon fillets. You can taste !
